It is understood that in acceptance of registration in this tournament, it is agreed that Great Lakes Sports City and the tournament sponsors, officials, directors and members, assume no legal liability for injuries or other loss as a result of participation in or traveling to and from said tournament.

All coaches, managers, or team officials hereby agree to and will abide by all tournament rules and regulations set forth by the tournament committee, and that all registration papers are correct.

It is implied that by entering this tournament, the team is able to play anytime on the designated tournament dates. Acceptance to the tournament could be based on the ease or difficulty of scheduling due to a team's special request.

There will be no changes in game schedules once posted, - unless required to avoid scheduling conflicts and only at the discretion of the tournament director.

Once the schedule has been completed, no refunds will be given.

All entry fees are in U.S. funds. Canadian teams will be entered at Par Value.

You must have an approved roster to play.

All teams in Peewees and above will be required to wear colored mouth guards.
